Trustee Recruitment

We all need to recruit Trustees at different times. Firstly carry out a simple skills audit with your Trustee board to identify the skill set you currently have and those you are missing.

Update the Role Descriptions and then advertise the position in the local press. There are also free opportunities via the Guardian an the Times newspapers. Another option it to use the Trustee Works service (www.reachskills.org.uk/trusteeworks-services-options)
