Jubilee House

WAYC is a registered Charity that has a range of meeting rooms available for other organisations working in the sector or other organisations who want an off site location for meetings.

WAYC has good parking facilities and can provide internet access and projection facilities if required

ROOMS AVAILABLE AT JUBILEE HOUSE

	Meeting Room Accomodates up to 15 people. This room is only available Monday - Friday after 6pm and at weekends all day. The hire cost of this room is £14 per hour, which includes kitchen facilities.
	Training Room A spacious room with a kitchen adjoined to it. Can accommodate board room style and theatre style. Meetings can hold up to 30 people maximum. Cost per hour is currently £16 including kitchen facilities.
	Small Interview Room Meetings max of 3 people at £8 per hour.

Westbury Centre

WAYC's newly refurbished centre is inviting and user friendly - you are welcome to visit us at anytime. We have a range of rooms and facilities available for hire, or why not hire the whole centre for that special event?

The Westbury centre has a function/meeting room ideal for family and community events. A sports hall ideal for dance and keep fit; a fully functional media studio and an outside sports court.

ROOMS AVAILABLE AT THE WESTBURY CENTRE

	Mary Edwards Room The Mary Edwards room is a large room with a kitchen adjoined to it. The room would be suitable for all out of school clubs, Soft Play and Art and Craft Groups, and as a meeting room for up to a maximum of 92 people or 40 seated. Cost- £12 per hour.
	Sports Hall The Sports Hall is a large hall with a stage. It has a sprung floor which is great for dance. The room is suitable for Martial Arts, Fitness classes, Brownies, Scouts, Gymnastics, Theatre schools, plays and children's parties. It will hold 150 seated and a maximum of 245 people. Cost- £14 per hour.
	Sports Court The tarmac sports court is a large area with mesh fencing around it. It has football goals at both ends, basket ball nets are also available. Floodlights enable year round use. Cost- £15 per hour.
