Welcome to WAYC!

Warwickshire Association of Youth Clubs (WAYC) is your local Registered Charity (No. 1056035) working with young people and youth clubs.

Hear what young people say about us here.

Last year, our professional youth workers worked with 575 young people, including some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in the region who who are finding life a challenge. We help them to achieve their potential by identifying problems and creating solutions, building their skills and self-esteem, and supporting them to access holistic support when needed.

You can help us continue to support people like Leanne* whose mum died when she was 10, Kev* who barely spoke after a childhood in the care system, and Maria who self-harmed because of bullying. *Names changed to protect identities.

We have achieved the Hear by Right standard for youth participation, one of only six organisations in the country to have achieved this standard at Gold level.

We have achieved ISO9001:2008, the internationally-recognised quality standard for businesses, and PQASSO Level 2.

We are an approved provider for early intervention one-to-one support for young people with mental health issues through Mental Health Interventions for School Children for Warwickshire.
